3DLax Girls Spring TrainingDescription
3DLax Is a comprehensive, full service lacrosse consulting group that assists coaches in finding solutions to questions concerning the development of their players and program. The main goal is to enhance and develop systems, help streamline practices, and bring a Division I knowledge base of cutting edge skills and tactics to high school and youth programs through "Part-Whole" methodology. This goal is accomplished thorough “workshops,” coach consultations, and a Video Internet Playbook (VIP) Program.
"3DLax SpringBreak 2010" is an opportunity for coaches and teams to enjoy a “resort destination” and receive the benefits of the VIP Program and support.
